As Labrador Retrievers enter their senior years at the age of 5, choosing a diet that contains specially adapted nutrition can help support their health and well-being.
ROYAL CANIN® Labrador Retriever Adult 5+ is a breed-specific diet formulated to meet the nutritional needs of Labrador Retrievers in their senior years. The dry kibble food contains nutrients that support ageing Labradors, such as a synergistic combination of antioxidants to maintain cellular health and reduced phosphorus content to support kidney health.
As a Labrador Retriever ages, its activity level decreases. ROYAL CANIN® Labrador Retriever Adult 5+ contains an adapted fat and calorie content to help maintain optimal weight and limit pressure on joints. This recipe is formulated to maintain muscle mass, thanks to its specially adapted protein content and enrichment of L-Carnitine.
To further support healthy bones and joints, ROYAL CANIN® Labrador Retriever Adult 5+ contains advanced nutrients such as collagen, EPA, and DHA to support cartilage health. The kibble is specially designed for Labrador Retrievers and can be softened with warm water to make it easier to eat.
The inclusion of soluble and insoluble fibres in this dry kibble diet supports regular intestinal transit for healthy digestion and satisfies your dog's appetite. Each individual recipe in the ROYAL CANIN® Breed Health Nutrition range provides complete and balanced nutrition to support breed-specific traits, and tailor-made kibble adapted in size, shape, and texture to appeal to each breed's individual needs. Choose ROYAL CANIN® Labrador Retriever Adult 5+ to support your senior Labrador Retriever's overall health and well-being.

My vet recommended this for my 8 yr old lab.She really loves it
Our lab is 8 years old and he's eating Royal Canin since he was 3. He has acid reflux, since he was born. This food has everything healthy we'd want for him in it.
Royal Canine might be a bit expensive but it worths. Really good and healthy dog food and my girl loves it.
I love the product, and so did my Labrador. Because I recently became a widow, I cannot afford it.
