"Magnet Points" Loyalty Program Policy and Rules

For our loyal customers, we have created the "Magnet Point" loyalty program. It's a unique system that allows you to accumulate points and receive various privileges and rewards from PetsMagnet!

Program Benefits:

  • Accumulate points with every purchase and redeem them for discounts of up to 5% on future orders.
  • Receive bonus points for inviting friends, subscribing to social media, and celebrating your pet's birthday.
  • Use your accumulated points to get additional discounts on purchases in our store.

"Magnet Points" Program Conditions:

  • The loyalty program is available only to registered users.
  • Upon registration, you receive 100 Magnet Points.
  • To receive the birthday bonus for your pet, you need to provide the date at least one month before the event.
  • You get 50 Magnet Points for subscribing to Instagram and Facebook.
  • Earn 5 Magnet Points for every pound spent.
  • Points are exchanged in multiples of 100. For example, with 149 points, you can only exchange 100 points.
  • You can exchange 100 points for a £1 discount.
  • The period of use of awards is 60 days.
  • Magnet Points usage period 6 months.
  • Invite a friend, and both of you will receive £5 for your next purchase after their first order.
  • In case of a return or order cancellation, all Magnet Points will be voided.

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. If this is your first time on our site, you will see a pop-up and you need to register on the site to receive Magnet Points and be a member of our loyalty programme.

2. In the client's personal cabinet you can see the amount of points and open the terms and conditions of the programme.

3. You can view your balance, see the list of actions for which you can get additional points, as well as exchange them for a discount.
