This substrate is sourced from 100% renewable resources, ensuring its sustainability and eco-friendliness. It's suitable for a variety of reptiles, including Fat-Tailed Geckos, Corn Snakes, King Snakes, Fire-Bellied Toads, Imperial Scorpions, Tarantulas, and Millipedes.
Additionally, it's excellent for Crested Geckos, Day Geckos, Water Dragons, Royal Pythons, Poison Arrow Frogs, White Tree Frogs, and Hermit Crabs.
Directions for use are simple: disperse the substrate throughout the habitat to the desired depth. It can be used dry, slightly humid, or wet, making it versatile for various animals, especially those that require a humid environment.
For precise humidity control, use the Komodo Humidity Gauge (sold separately) and the Komodo Spray Bottle (sold separately) to measure and adjust moisture levels as needed.
To maintain cleanliness, spot clean daily and replace soiled substrate with fresh Tropical Terrain. It's recommended to change all bedding monthly or as required, with more frequent changes needed in humid, warm environments compared to dry surroundings.
