Chuckit Ultra Ring

This is a super toy for my whippet staffie mix as a throw and retrieve toy bit not a chew toy. It appeals to the sight hound side of her and the staffie is on permsmanent repeat so great exercise. The only issue is they don't seem to be quite as robust as they used to be has Chuckit changed the materials I used to get 8 weeks of an hour + play per day now its 2 to 4 weeks which is expensive for her go to toy. Can you talk to Chuckit as a buyer as they don't listen to consumers.
