AQUA ESSENTIAL water conditioner goes beyond basic water treatment by instantly neutralizing toxic levels of ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite in freshwater, saltwater, and planted aquariums. These harmful substances are continually released into the water by fish through their gills, urine, and waste, as well as by uneaten food and decaying organic matter. Even small amounts of ammonia can stress fish, while larger amounts can be lethal.
The unique formula of AQUA ESSENTIAL binds with ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate, rendering them non-toxic and allowing the biofilter to more efficiently remove them from the water.
It is recommended to use AQUA ESSENTIAL water conditioner at start-up and whenever adding or changing water, or when levels of ammonia, nitrates, or nitrites are high. Instructions
Using dosing cap on bottle, add 5 ml. per 189 litres of aquarium water to treat tap water. Add 5 ml. per 38 litres of aquarium water to remove ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. We advise you to wait 24 hours after dosing then do a water change. If you dose within that 24 hour period there is no danger to the animals/plants in your aquarium. A follow-up water change is always beneficial to an aquatic system.
