Description

Small-breed puppies experience rapid growth, which requires them to consume enough calories and nutrients to develop healthily. This phase is critical as it is when your puppy's bones, muscles, senses, and nervous system are maturing. Furthermore, the antibodies received from their mother's colostrum gradually weaken, making optimal protein necessary for building their own immune system.

ROYAL CANIN® Mini Puppy is designed to meet the nutritional needs of small breed puppies. This tailored diet is suitable for puppies aged 2 to 10 months and is expected to reach an adult weight of 4-10kg. The formula contains enriched omega-3 fatty acids like DHA that supports healthy brain development in puppies. It is also optimally formulated to provide the high-energy requirements of fast-growing, small-breed puppies. The formula additionally contains vitamins C and E, which helps support the puppies' natural defences.

ROYAL CANIN® Mini Puppy is enriched with prebiotics (such as FOS, MOS, and beet pulp) and highly digestible proteins that support a healthy balance of intestinal microbiota (gut flora) for good digestion. The kibble in ROYAL CANIN® Mini Puppy is specifically designed for your puppy's small jaw, making it easy for them to pick up and chew. It also helps to support dental health through a mechanical brushing effect as your puppy chews.

It's essential to note that a puppy's nutritional needs change as they grow. When your puppy reaches 10 months old, it will require a diet that meets its nutritional requirements as a fully grown dog. At this stage, you can transition them onto ROYAL CANIN® Mini Adult, available in both dry kibble and wet chunks in gravy.
